Order tracking
All orders are shipped by Priority International Airmail. Tracking information is provided to all buyers after shipping.
Buyers can track the order once it ships from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number and links to our local post office page. Once the item reaches your local post office, you can also track it there.
Please note: an order cannot be tracked while it is in transit, only after it leaves our warehouse and once it reaches your local post office.
Express delivery
If you want to receive your order within 2-5 working days we can ship it by DHL, but the shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

Return
Returns
If the item is broken or not working properly you have up to 7 working days to contact us (in other cases the money will not be refunded). To return an item, email sales@gpswox.com and we will reply with the return address and an identifying number to enclose with the returned item.
Please note: if you do not email us within 7 working days of receiving the order, we will not be able to process your return.
Refund
We will process your refund through PayPal after receiving the items, provided they are unused and in a saleable condition.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the received item is defective or not working.
Please note: the buyer must return the order to GPSWOX via a postal service that offers tracking.
Returns condition
All returned items are subject to inspection. A full refund is only processed for buyers who return items unused and in their original packaging. If a return arrives in a non-saleable condition or with broken packaging, you will be charged 20% of the item's retail price.
