Order tracking
All orders are shipped by Priority International Airmail. Tracking information is provided to all buyers after shipping.
Buyers can track the order once it ships from our warehouse. You will receive a tracking number and links to our local post office page. Once the item reaches your local post office, you can also track it there.
Please note: an order cannot be tracked while it is in transit, only after it leaves our warehouse and once it reaches your local post office.
Express delivery
If you want to receive your order within 2-5 working days we can ship it by DHL, but the shipping cost is the buyer's responsibility.

Return
Please note: If you do not send email within 7 working days after your receive order, we will not be able to process your return.
We will process your refund through PayPal after receiving the items providing they are unused and in a saleable condition.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the received item is defective or not working.
Returns Condition
All returned items will be subject to inspection. Full refund is only processed for buyers, which return items unused and returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, if return is received in not saleable condition and packaging will be broken, you will be charged 20% of the retail price of the item.Software
