System Settings

Tracking Ports

Displays tracking ports a long with their names.

1. Updates config and restarts tracker server

2. Resets tracker ports to default

Blocked IP’s

Navigate to Settings -> System -> Blocked IP’s to enter an IP address to block all access to the platform’s server.

Backups

Note: This service requires an additional subscription.

You can choose between two types of backup methods:

Automatic: Backups are automatically configured and sent to a designated backup server with no manual setup required.
Manual: You must enter your FTP server credentials to manually configure where the backup files will be sent via FTP.

Additional Settings:

Period: Select how often backups should be performed (e.g., daily, weekly).
Hour: Choose the specific hour of the day when the backup process should run.

Data Cleanup

Enable this option to automatically delete historical data after a specified period.

Automatic Cleanup: Toggle to enable or disable automatic history cleanup.
Days to keep: Define the number of days after which historical data will be deleted.
